Most of our products ship out same day via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Shipping charges are weight-based and are calculated at checkout. There are some products that include additional shipping charges, due to their dimensional size, these products include over-sized gourds, fine art and Americana Art. FREE SHIPPING ON JEWELRY!
Jewelry-only purchases ship free via USPS first class or Priority mail. Jewelry items that are eligible for free shipping include earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, Trollbeads, pins, brooches, and anklets.
If you make an online purchase that includes both jewelry and non-jewelry items, your shipping charge would be based on the weight of the non-jewelry items. The jewelry would still ship for free. IF WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEMS, YOU ARE DISSATISFIED, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OF THE MERCHANDISE VALUE, provided that the items have not been worn or used and are returned in the state you received them. Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt.
The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured. Credit issued will not include any shipping or insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive. All cash returns require a receipt. Check purchase refunds may require 14 days from the date of return. All refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase.
If any items have been damaged in any way through shipment, please notify us and your local carrier immediately. Save both the merchandise and shipping material for their inspection.
