Gallery 30 Hosts Local Author Joe Mieczkowski on October 13th

Posted by Linda Atiyeh - October 11, 2017.  On Friday October 13th,  Gallery 30 will host a book signing for Licensed Battlefield Guide and author, Joe Mieczkowski. Joe will be on hand to discuss and sign his most recent book, After Gettysburg: Lee Retreats, Meade Pursues.

 

A Civil War living historian and educator, Joe Mieczkowski, is also the author of two companion books on civil war political history, Lincoln and his Cabinet and Jefferson Davis and his Cabinet. An expert in all things Gettysburg, Joe was the past President of both the Gettysburg Civil War Roundtable and The Association of Licensed Battlefield Guides. Joe’s latest book, After Gettysburg: Lee Retreats, Meade Pursues, masterfully traces the movements of both the Army of the Potomac and the Army of Northern Virginia, in the months that followed the Battle of Gettysburg.
