Also on hand will be author Ronald Kirkwood signing copies of his newly released book, Too Much for Human Endurance: The George Spangler Farm Hospital and the Battle of Gettysburg.

He is fascinated by the “graphic landscapes” in the orchard areas of Adams County.

To coincide with the 53rd Annual National Apple Harvest Festival, Gallery 30 celebrates the beauty of Adams County, Pennsylvania. From the region's battlefields to the orchards, this Pennsylvania gem has a rich and storied history.
